First time Jayco owner in North Dakota

Hello, I am new to the forum and have read alot of great info on here already! My wife and I purchased a 2014 eagle 33.5rets fifth wheel in November, and are hoping to pick it up from the dealer at the end of March (hoping for half ways decent temperatures by then.) I am looking forward to getting it home and getting acquainted with it. Our previous fifth wheel was a 2004 and was in great shape, but to own a new 2014 unit still hasn't really sunk in yet, it's very exciting! Glad to be on the forum!

Welcome neighbor, we are from Northeast South Dakota. We also got out first ever new to us camper in October. It has been sitting beside our house all winter and I am so anxious I can hardly wait. We booked a campsite for Memorial Weekend. Have fun with your new camper and welcome.

crocket, congrats on your new camper as well! It has been a wicked cold winter this go round, and hopefully warm weather isn't far away because I can't wait much longer! Last year was our first year of RVing, and we were hooked from the get go. We camped at a small campground about 45 minutes from our home most of last summer, and we enjoyed it there so much we put in for a seasonal site and were fortunate to get the one we wanted. We sometimes would drive over after work during the week and spend the night, then just drive back to work the next morning. We really enjoyed being able to spend time there during the week. We don't move around much, but we will take some long weekends here and there and venture out somewhere else for a few nights. Can't wait to get the trailer home and on the driveway; even if it's still really cold out, at least I can look at it out the front window!
