first time RV owner

Hi Everyone,

This is the first RV my family has owned. We bought a 2016 Jayflight 27 BHS a couple months ago. So far we have done 3 camping trips and love every moment. This whole summer we have booked many trips around southern Britsh Columbia. Looking forward to reading others posts on this Forum.

Welcome and congrats on the first tt!

Now that you are starting to get settled in the 27, consider double checking the wdh adjustment for your loaded tt. The dealer only set up the wdh for an empty trailer, so it may need to be readjusted a little. Follow my signature links for a ton of wdh info.

If you haven't yet, keep some paper and a pen/pencil handy to write needed items down as you think of them while camping. Also, it is suggested to go through the camper once a year (end of season usually) and purge anything that was not used at all during the year. Helps keep the loaded weight from growing a lot over time! Lol

Check your tire pressure before leaving for each trip and when returning home. Make sure you have the right tools for a tire change if needed on the road.

Enjoy the good times ahead!!! And don't hesitate to ask any questions if needed.
