First time RV owner

Hi All,

I have been a lurker on this sight for about 3 years, planning, researching, planning, researching. Finally pulled the trigger and brought home a 2017 White Hawk 24MBH.

We had originally planned to get a trailer our 4runner v8 could tow, so we were looking at hybrids and the X213. As a family of 5 with a large dog most of the trailers we looked at would have been very cozy.

Found a deal on a 2002 Yukon XL 2500 with the 8.1 with only 65k miles so we decided to get the trailer we really want.

Now, when mother in laws want to come along, or the kids want to bring friends there will be plenty of room for all.

Looking forward to many years of creating memories.

Happy Camping!

- The Beave

Welcome to the group. I also lurked here for years before pulling the trigger on a Jayco. 2 very good decisions. Enjoy your new camper

p.s. We don't advertise to the rest of our family exactly how many people our camper can sleep. Half the time when we leave town, I'm leaving an 'in-law' or 2 behind on purpose
