Fresh Tank Drain Overflow line

I've got a 331 RKTS Fifth Wheel and do significant dry camping.
When I "City Fill" or "Country Fill" the fresh water tank I haven't seen an overflow. This is my third Jayco Fifth wheel so I am familiar with the Fresh Tank Overflow. There are 3 Low point drain lines coming out together, each has its own "T" valve. There is a single cock valve Fresh Tank drain as well. There are some gas line exiting from underbelly insulation board, but no other lines exiting that I would consider as a Fresh Tank overflow.
So if anyone has knowledge if one of the low point lines should be the overflow line or is it possible that the line didn't make it through the underbelly insulation board?
I've never filled to the point where I could see if water were seeping through insulation board either.
Thanks for the help.

I'm not familiar with your model, but I can relate to you that when we got our TT, I filled the FW tanks and had water streaming out from several places where the coroplast met the frame of the camper.

I removed the coroplast and found that the overflow tubes had not been daylighted and were just dumping onto the underbelly. Rather than haul it all the way back to the dealer (a couple hundred miles), I removed the belly, dried it out and cut 2 holes for the vent tubes. No problems since then.
