Glad to be here

I'm glad I found this forum. Hoping I can find some help for electrical problems we're having as we try to open our camper for the season.

We have 110v coming into the TT but as soon as you turn on anything that draws heavy, the voltage drops to 87. Also the CG owner tells us that the cable company says we have power coming out from our camper on the ground lead. The Electrician said we had power??? Do we have an open neutral?
