Glad to have this Jayco Forum

We're so glad to find this Jayco forum. We have an '08 Melbourne 29D, and have spent about 8 of the last 24 months traveling portions of our great nation. This is our 2nd Jayco, and we have been really pleased with it. We enjoy photography, fly fishing and tying, and hiking, all while on the road.

Good evening and we're glad you found the Jayco Forum also. Jayco makes a fine product. We too are on our second Jayco. The first one lasted less than a year, we decided we needed a larger one. Actually not a larger one. We wanted one that had a bedroom slide. We went from an '08 Eagle Super Lite to a '08 Jayco Eagle w/ 3 slides. We enjoy it. We decided we needed a bedroom slide after living 2 months in the mountains of North Georgia.

Welcome to the forum. Glad to have you. If we can be of assistance give a holler.

By the way Flytyer2. I also enjoy flyfishing. The creek I live on is know for it's flyfishing in this area. It's full of stumps and cypress trees. This photo was taken during a drought when the water was very low.

Here's another photo Flytyer2. This is the dock in our back yard. You can see our little Daschund walking out ahead of me. Good fly fishing creek.

What do you fish for with the fly rod? Trout? Nice to have you on board.

All fish, all waters, really. We fish for trout mostly since we live on one of best tailwaters in the country, and a couple of miles from another (Arkansas' White River). We also fish for smallmouth bass every year in Quetico Wilderness in Canada, and, when we can afford it, fish for bonefish in the Bahamas. Of course, we fish for sunfish anytime we get the chance.
