Hello

I just joined so I will introduce myself. I'm a retired accountant, married, empty nester except for our 13 year long haired Dachshund.

We currently have a Skyline Koala 21CS which is a really great trailer. In 2014, it went from the Richmond, VA area to the Pacific Coast in downtown Los Angeles, a 7900+ mile round trip. The biggest drawback of this trailer is it only has a sofa. My wife would like a dinette also.

I'm currently looking around a little to find a travel trailer that has both a sofa and dinette, plus a pantry and a wardrobe other than the two that are on either side of the bed.

I joined your group in order to get more information on Jayco trailers.

I went in a Jayco Jay Flight 23RB back in February at the Richmond RV show. I was impressed at how roomy it seemed even with no slide. (And not having a slide is not a bad thing in my book.) I thing it looked pretty roomy because it's 8 ft wide while my Koala is only 7' 6" wide, although my Koala does have a shallow slide (18") where the sofa is.

It does not have the wardrobe I'd like, but my current trailer doesn't either, so that can be worked around as long as there is sufficient other storage space.

Look forward to asking questions and getting some good information in return.

I just bought my first Jayco, but second unit from Southern RV, ask to talk to John Patterson or one of his expert sales staff, they have always treated me very fair in both the buying process and in the service department.

Hello to you. Welcome to the forum and happy trailer shopping.

You might look at the 2016 JAY FLIGHT SLX 212QBW, too. We recently walked through this model on the showroom floor when we had our unit in for service.
