Hello

Hi, folks. Unexpectedly, it looks like my wife and I are coming back to the RV lifestyle. My wife and grandkids enjoyed our road trip so much in June that my wife wants back in with a travel trailer. I'm ok with it and will be looking forward to many new experiences. We learned a lot in the years we had a 21' Fleetwood Class C and knew a travel trailer was the way to go this time. TT's simply offer more options when traveling. We fell in love with the Forest River Rockwood/Flagstaff 2509S/25BRDS Murphy bed bunk houses until...... we came across the Whitehawk 23MBH. We like the bunks across the back of the coach better as it seems to open up the floor space and make it feel a little roomier. We also like the back door that gives direct access to the bathroom. With kids, we expect this is going to be a plus.

For us, this camping season is pretty much over and we'll be keeping an eye out for the right opportunity over the winter. Sadly, we just missed out on a phenomenal opportunity, but, that's just how things go sometimes. We like the idea of a used unit as it helps keep costs down as well as lowers the impact of depreciation in the event we decide to get out of the lifestyle, again, unexpectedly. We also like the White Hawk models as they come with ducted A/C, and the late 2014 and 2015 models have access to the dinette storage from the outside. Very convenient.

Anyway, just wanted to say hello and I'm looking forward to learning a lot about Jayco trailers here on the forum.

PS: If anyone comes across a 2014-2016 Whitehawk 23MBH, feel free to reach out via private message. Thank you.

Welcome to the group! We camp right through Halloween and we are not far from Parsippany so the season isn't really over. Still plenty of time to get in some trips!
