Hello from Central Florida

Hello everyone. I wanted to introduce ourselves. My wife and I used to have a Jayco pop-up about 10 years ago. We camped all the time with our two girls and loved it. They are all grown up now, but we started all over again and adopted a boy six years ago. We now have a six year old and want to do it all again. We just ordered a White Hawk 28DSBH from Rvdirect, Orlando. Fortunately we only live about 5 miles from the dealer. We take delivery as soon as it's built. We will tow it with a 2006 Toyota Sequoia and an equalizer 10000lb WD hitch. A little concerned about that since the limits are on the edge.

We are already learning a lot from the forum and re-remembering things we have forgotten. Lot's of great info. Look forward to chatting with you all.

Welcome to the forum, Bamm. Have fun with the new Whitehawk. For towing concerns, try posting a question in the tow vehicles/towing forum and I`m sure our towing guys will give you some answers.

New to the Forum as well and we just picked up our 2012 X19H from Orlando RV this past Saturday 6/2. Purchased off the lot as they need to move the 2012's, was pleased with the Salesman and the Staff who did the Prep and Demo, they were very knowledgable.

Hope it goes well for you as well.

Welcome to the forum!!!

There are a lot of great people here and this is a great place for lots of info.

We bought our Jayco Pinnacle off the lot at RV Direct in Orlando too.

Got a great deal, good salesperson, good PDI and delivery.

We were pleased with our experience at RV Direct.

Surprise

We ordered our White Hawk 4 weeks ago. The day we placed the order we were told we would get a phone call in 4 weeks and they would give us an idea of when the camper was going to be delivered. Well, I got the first call two days ago. Surprise!, "your White Hawk is here and ready for pick-up." We were not ready for that. I still need to get my equilizer hitch. I'm on the road right now. Going to see it Sunday, but can't get it until the hitch is shipped. We are excited to see it.
