Hello from central Va. / protecting the investment ?

Hey all ! New to the forum but we have enjoyed camping for 10+ years.
Sold our 27' Prowler bunkhouse and just recently purchased a 2003 Kiwi 25E. We are looking forward to entering the world of Hybrids in two weeks.

For the past 11 years the previous owner keep it inside a shed, protected from the elements.

I wanted to your thoughts and opinions on protecting the outside.
1. Your thoughts/experience on a cover, good and bad.
2. Your preferred choice on waxes.

Thanks, look forward to your post.
