Hello From San Antonio

Hi!! Have been lurking/reading/absorbing here for a few months. Husband has turned a non-camper into a "when can we go again" camper. Have had our WhiteHawk for 1 year (upgrade from the popup husband had when I met him) and really love it. Wish we would have found this forum prior to buying TT though. We didn't research weight restrictions/requirements enough ahead of TT purchase and of course dealer said 1/2 ton GMC will tow it fine....yeah right! Even with WDH, we realized very quickly that (oh darn) we needed a bigger truck.

We mostly camp in TX State Parks (Inks Lake is our favorite) and take a longer trip to Las Cruces, NM twice a year. Our goal is a campaign weekend at least 1x/month.

There is so much great information on this forum...keep it coming. Happy Camping everyone!!

Welcome to JOF! Join in. Enjoy the increased room.

We hear so much about Tx state parks, would love to get out there someday!

Welcome to JOF. Looks like you fixed the weak TV issue with room to spare. Being a Northern resident, I'm a bit jealous that you're still in camping season.
