Welcome! DW and I have a 2016 23RLSW, and absolutely love it. What kind of tips are you looking for?
Roger

I cannot seem to find the OEM size tires and load rating?..
What is the width of the rear couch? Jackknife style or Tri-fold?
Reasonably comfortable?
What is your assessment of the OEM mattress on the forward bed?
My tow vehicle is the same as your. F-150 SuperCab.
What is your opinion on this combo for towing in the West?
Should I be concerned with lack of power?
Thank you for jumping right in.....

Offhand I don't remember the tire size and load rating, but I did check the load rating - the tires match almost exactly the trailer's GVWR, less the expected tongue weight.
Don't know the width of the rear loveseat, but it is a jackknife model. I would say reasonably comfortable. We keep a cover on it, and my wife has slept on it when my snoring has been too loud.
Now comes the bad news: The OEM short queen mattress in front sucks big time, but I pretty much expected that so I'm not upset about it. We are replacing it before next season, but haven't quite made up our minds about what the replacement will be. We both prefer innerspring mattresses over memory foam, but I'm still researching for our final choice.
We did about 60 nights in our trailer in its first season, and traveled about 2000 miles. Overall very happy with it. Towing with my F150 was fine, we went up and down quite a few mountains on our round trip from PA to ME. Can't speak about traveling out west with it, but it was fine with our mountains here in the east.

I do have a couple other thoughts. We had the dealer add a slide topper on the slide-out, glad we did. Ran into a few minor issues (not really all that unusual from what I see from others) with a loose plumbing joint, a bad vacuum check valve on the black tank flush system (minor leakage, quickly replaced), and the shower door was hung a little crooked. All minor, all quickly fixed under warranty. Oh, also had a leaky window seal, which we only discovered late in the season when we were out camping in a rainstorm that was accompanied by gale force winds. Also quickly fixed by our dealer. This stuff may sound like a lot, but really it was all minor and our dealer was most accommodating in getting the warranty repairs done.

Thank you Roger...
I had been considering a Keystone product before I ran across this Jayco.
That Keystone dealer, whom I trust, told me the OEM tires on the unit I was interested in are the cheapest tire going.
That, along with the "C" load rating, will cause problems sooner, rather than later.
He suggested I do a "take off" and perhaps get a little in trade on a better quality "D" rated tire immediately.
The awful mattress comes at no surprise.....I have heard that over and over again on different forums.
Thanks again.

Mr Crab.....
Would you have any opinions on which style is more comfortable?
This sleeping option would be for an adult couple (son and wife) of normal body sizes, for 4 or 5 day stints, a couple times a year.

I also own a 2016 23RLSW if I can be of any help do not hesitate to ask.
The first thing I did when I bought mine was upgrade to a higher load range tire. I had a previous bad experience with load C tires. (Upgrade was Peace of mind for me)
I added a 3" memory foam topper to the Queen bed. Now I have no problems with the bed.
I have never tried sleeping on the couch just me and the wife and we are going to replace the couch with a Reclining Loveseat SOON! (so I am no help there)
We have towed it about 4,000 miles in the last year with no problems. But we only went to the Appalachians not the Rockies.
We had to have AC replaced second time out it just quit Dealer replaced with whole new unit no problems since.
Mine is a very well made unit I am impressed with it so far. We bought it Thanksgiving of 2015.

Thank you so much for this input.
You're not the first one to lament the lack of a decent OEM mattress.
When you have the topper on the mattress, does it creep around and or shift around by the time morning comes around?
Is it held to the mattress in some manner to prevent shifting around?
I too am fearful of stock OEM "C" load tires......but the chatter now is Jayco is going to a more robust tire supplier. No matter.....I would swap out for "D" or "E" range load range ASAP.

We have a 4" topper that we purchased at COSTCO 4 years ago. No it does not slide, and it is very comfortable. Good luck on the TT hunt, we love our EAGLE!
