Intro by Bob. Typical dumb question!

I'm just curious about how my 2000 Eagle Series 10 operates. When we hook up 'city' water to this crazy thing, it immediately starts pouring through the faucet and into the little sink. I quickly learned to remove the drain cap. We've had a couple of floods already. Also, is there some kind of
water storage tank hidden down there in the cabinetry? Obviously, we got this baby used, and no owners manual came along for the ride. I really like it, but already see the advantage of having a built in shower stall. Maybe later. Any advise or suggestions out there?

Make sure all the faucets in the RV are turned off before hooking up and turning on the city water tap.

I don't know about your unit but the water system in my unit doesn't allow filling the fresh water tank via the city water inlet. The city water inlet goes directly into the piping (no tank).

P.S. Make sure you use a pressure regulator when using the city water supply. Excess pressure from a city water supply can do damage to your RV plumbing system.
