Move to South Carolina from Northern Indiana

I'm not a new member, but DW and I recently made the move from Northern Indiana to the Charlotte, NC metropolitan area. We like the warmer December weather much more. Our TT is still at a storage facility waiting for another 30 ft of concrete to be poured to the end of the driveway and a power pedestal installed. Soon it will join us at our new home. Looking forward to camping in this part of the country for the first time.

I'll bet you do, moving out of the lake-effect snow belt! We have family in Warsaw and it gets ugly up there sometimes. We're going to move south as well, but I have 4 more years until I can retire. Have fun down there and enjoy the year around camping, I know I would.

Warsaw is about an hour away from where we lived. We are still getting used to seeing people pulling their RVs and boats around in December. We love the area.
