New and excited!

We are new to camping this way. We are veterans to tent camping, but decided to upgrade. We just purchased a 2012 264BH Swift and will pick it up on September 17th.
I am thankful for this forum and look forward to interacting with all of you. I think this will be helpful as we learn about this new venture for us!

Welcome to the Jayco Owners Forum Slw71297! Congrats on your upgrade. Our tt was "born" 9-9-09, and we picked it up two years ago Sept 15th! This should be an exciting week for you. Glad to hear JOF has been helpful for you. Do you have plans already for your maiden voyage?

I think our first experience is going to be in our driveway! Lol! We live near a large lake with lots of camping areas. I think for our first trip we'll go there, so we're close to home in case we need/forgot anything.

Camp Driveway is one of the best places to experience your first night! Remember to run your heater for an hour or so before you have to use it. Be prepared to pull the smoke alarm battery when you do so. Enjoy
