Smile New Eagle

Just retired one month ago. Previous to retirement we picked up our new 2016 Eagle HT 28.5RSTS and 2016 GMC 2500HD Denali. Parked the trailer for the winter and looking forward to our first trip in the spring. We have been camping for 30 years in all types of campers. Decided to purchase a FW now that we have time for longer trips. We typically travel with my wife's brother and his wife and have great fun. Looking forward to all the great information on this Forum.

Welcome to the Jayco Forum. We retired 6 months ago and just love RVing in our Jayco. We are looking at upgrading to an Eagle HT 5er this year, also for longer duration trips. Enjoy your retirement and stay active....it really helps.
Happy RVing,
Jeff

Wow! Congratulations on retirement and the new trailer. I have that exact fifth wheel. Bought it a couple months ago and I also retired 10 months ago. You're going to love that camper! We took ours out last week and loved it! I'm sure you will too!

And at the campsite

Nice pictures. I envy your camping last week. I picked up my winterized camper ,had a bottle of wine with friends than covered it until April. I like your cover setup. I wonder if that would handle a snow load.
