New Jayco 28RLS Owner happy/worried

Hey everyone,,, looks like a great place to be,, just picking up my New 28RLS from the Dealer tonight,,, very excited but very worried at the same time. Just wondering how my 01 F-250 with a V-10 will do pulling this. All I have pulled was a 1985 19 ft,,, Lots of hills here in Idaho and just wondering if anyone else out there has a simmular setup and how it does for them.

Thanks and great to be here Looking forward to all the info

Steve

At about 6400 lbs, it shouldn't be a problem getting it home. Verify what your truck will max out at for towing it loaded for camping. You will get more in depth answers, I'm sure. And welcome to the forum!

Just a guess here. But I wouldn't think that a F250 with the beastly V10 would have any problem towing that trailer.

You should be fine with that combo. Enjoy the new trailer.

You'll be fine.
I pull a 28rls with a 1500 ram .
Find your "sweet spot" for hitch adjustment and towing speed.
Adjust as necessary for crosswinds.
