New Jayco Jay Feather Ultra Lite 228 Owner from Alberta

Hi everyone just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Jeff and my wife and I are expecting our first little Jayco any day now :hihi: I am so excited about this new trailer it almost consumes my every thought. We have followed the typical camping progression to the text book, tent -> tent trailer -> hybrid -> loaded Jayco 228. I am so excited to have a real bed to sleep in and all the other little options I threw in, power awning, power tongue jack and the kids will enjoy the tv (only on the rainy days). If you see a 228 parked being pulled by a charcoal 4-runner pop in and say hi

No ours is the 2012. Would have liked he skylight in the bathroom...oh well. We ordered it loaded with all options but the lift kit so I'm pretty happy with that. I think I'm going to really enjoy the power tongue jack. Finger on the button and beer in the other hand, no more workout getting setup.

Thank you for the welcome everyone. I also just picked up a new weber Q100 BBQ and took the regulator off and put in a quick connect RV fitting so I will be able to run a good quality BBQ off my trailer connection. I am also very excited about that. It's going to be a great summer !!
