Bob,

Welcome and congrats on the new rig!!!

Be sure to check the wdh (weight distribution hitch) adjustment once the rig is all loaded up for a trip. If you bought from an dealer they are only setting the wdh up for an empty rig, and if from a private owner, chances are their tv (tow vehicle) was different, plus how they loaded the tt was completely different. If needed, follow my signature links for a ton of wdh info and how to's.

Couple other suggestions:
Repack the wheel bearing.
Check the tires age. Suggested no more than 3-5yrs old. Don't forget the spare!!!
Check all the rubber propane hoses for leaks due to age.
Sanitize the water system.

If time allows, a shake down trip or two close to home may be helpful if this is a first rig for you guys.

Good luck and any questions, don't hesitate to ask!!!
