My DH and I just order our first Jayco camper yesterday and can't wait for it to come in. We selected the Jayco Flight 22fb, which included the technology package. We added the ladder and upgraded the ac. We...or should I say I, can't wait to do some of the modifications that I have read on here once we get it home.

Thank you for the warm welcome! Considering how cold it is here in SW PA, it's nice to read your kind words!

A warm welcome from another cold southwestern PA resident. Good luck with your purchase.

Thank you!! It's nice to see someone from PA, who can appreciate the sun shining today after this past weekend. We are located in Washington Co, which county are you located in?

The camper came with a 13,500 BTU air conditioner but because we will be spending a fair amount of time in SC to visit our son, we upgraded to the 15,000 BTU.

Currently, Allegheny, in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. However, I'm building a home in Fayette which will be our home base. We'll be about a half mile from the boundary of Ohiopyle State Park. Started clearing the lot Monday a week ago, but the following day, all the frigid weather and snow settled in so everything's in a holding pattern until conditions improve. We considered several lots in Washington County before we purchased in Fayette.

I have a sneaking suspicion you bought your RV at Huffy's. That's where ours came from. He's the big Jayco dealer in this area.

It's a small world, one of our children works at South Hill's Honda and the other lives and works in Mt Lebanon. Plus, one of my wife's favorite Italian restaurants is Frabrizi's up by the Jumonville Cross. We are located about four miles from California University and did purchase the camper from Huffy. We chose the Jayco because of the two year warranty, the floor plan, Huffy's location and their great customer service. We have dealt with them in the past for parts on our Sunline camper and they have always been good.

VinceN:

I sent you a PM the other day, but as a new member, your default PM settings might be set so you're unaware you have one.

Whatever you do, don't click on anything appearing in the ad block below the JOF heading if it says you have a private message. This is a scam and you could subject yourself having malware installed on your computer.
