Hello everyone My name is Derrick and I'm from Michigan. I have a 2014 Jayco 267BHS. I love RVing this is my second Jayco camper I had a pop-up before purchasing my travel trailer.

I found the forum because I will be attending my first NASCAR race at the Michigan speedway in August and I am trying to get information on a generator to purchase for my trailer. This is the first time I will be "dry camping" and I looking for a inventer generator to run my 13,500 A/C. If anyone has any information or can help with making sure I have enough power for my trailer for my trip that would be much appreicated!!

Many will stick to their Honda or Yamaha brand because they have a hefty price on them and should be the best? I like my Champion 3000/2800 watt inverter/generator (520 Hours on it) which runs my 18.6 amp A/C with easy. Part for the Champion are easy available if I ever need them. Also available with remote start in the USA.
