New to everything from Orlando

Hello, My family and I are new to camping. Yesterday we ordered a new White Hawk 28dsbh. We are excited and overwheled with everything we have to learn. I've read some of your threads and I look forward to all this forum has to offer. Thanks.

Welcome to the JOF! We had the same White Hawk last year and loved it. Pretty easy to set up. After a couple trips you will get the hang of it. I would search YouTube for leveling a travel trailer if you have never done that. Lots of good tips you can find before your first trip out. Good luck!

Yay! Congratulations! We're pretty new, too. Began RVing three years ago (this spring). We were pretty inexperienced with all things related to RVs, but wanted to get "out there". “Why Do You RV?” – CU On The Road

I'm happy help with any questions you may have. This is an excellent group filled with very helpful people.

Congratulations on your new trailer and welcome to the forum.

You will probably find a number of JOF members streaming to your area... my DW and I included late this fall.

Being new, you might find a ton of helpful material using the 'search' function for this site.

We are new also. Had a camper for 2 years now but limited trips. Going to make up for that some this year.

I was nervous about backing up. I practiced a little before our first trip and then just sucked it up and did it. I was really antsy about other "experienced" RVers watching me back in. Well, after several trips now, I can say that those guys with the big fancy rigs and the maps on the side of the camper that are almost full aren't perfect either. They had to go in and out several times also. So don't be intimidated, just take your time and ENJOY. You will learn something new on every trip you take.

Congrats on the new trailer....and welcome the forum. I've been camping for awhile but was new to Jayco a few years back. Do yourself a favor, go over the trailer, note any questions and come back here and ask them. You will be surprised at the wealth of information.
Heck I lost propane one night after moving my trailer from one campsite to another....came on here....asked about it and within 10 minutes got the correct answer.

Really nice people who want to help.
