New to forum but not camping

Hi, we are Jack and Sue from Kentucky. We are both retired/diabled and enjoy our 2003 Jayco class A motor home 33' gas. We started out camping (many years ago) in the back of a station wagon ....then tent..then pop up... then very small hard shell....then nicer pull behind..to a new 30' travel trailer. We retired and took the plunge and purchased our present class A. We travel to Florida for 3 months every winter (snow birds). We just joined this forum and really looking forward to the material we are about ready to explore and hopefully have some input.

Welcome to the Forum, Jack and Sue. Several regular posters are retired and some are snow birds, too. If you ever tire of the Florida connection there are other winter destinations all along the Gulf coast.

Definitely come back and share input here! We have a great group of people and pretty supportive of each other... more of a family than little clique's here and there! Once again, welcome

Welcome to the forum Papajack, like Healthi said, we're more of a family style forum which, in this ole boy's opinion, makes it nice. My wife and I started pretty much the same as you and your wife, a tent at first, then moved to the back of the pickup truck (not really sure that was moving up, except off the ground) then to a pop-up and then to a Class A and now have a Jayco 5th Wheel.

Stop in often and post questions and/or your experiences. Don't forget to post any pictures you care to share, members here are always interested in viewing pictures of each others camping experiences.
