Smile New to Jayco

For the past 28 years or so I have owned HR products with no problems what so ever.....As they no longer make a product that I am interested in I am looking at something new....I have found a Jayco super lite 5th wheel that I can tow with my current truck. I want a product that is sound and trouble free and the company stands behind and a good dealer network....I hope Jayco is the way to go.....

Smile Jayco

I've owned 2 Jayco popup's from 1986 to 2010 & could not have asked for better performing trailers, probably would have only owned the first one, but wife wanted her own john so we got a new one in 2002. Just bought the 10 month old, used 19H in July and used it Columbus day weekend, it performed well except for the inverter that died the day we left. When we purchased it, I never discussed any type of warrentee with the dealer so I was a little concerned about who was going to pay. I brought it back , to Forrest Marine & RV, Tyingsboro Ma ( Ma. NH border) explained the problem, they called in a week, said trailer was all set NO CHARGE. THAT'S WHAT I CALL GOOD SERVICE. ( all 3 came from the same dealer). A NH dealer probably can't help you but maybe good service breeds thru the network. Good luck, Larry

Welcome to the Jayco Owners Forum Bob! One of the nice things about Jayco is the 2-yr warranty. The warranty issues we have experienced were taken care of to our satisfaction. Let us know what you wind up doing

Welcome, Bob. The nice thing about shopping for a Jayco is their build and price feature on their website. You know what the actual MSRP is when you go to the dealers so you don`t go in blind and uninformed. Not too many manufacturers offer that feature. I know It made it easier for me. I`m satisfied with mine so far, after 15 months no issues worthy of a return trip to a dealer. Just a few little things I took care of myself. -Lee

We were very close to buying the Keystone Passport 29bhs because of the floorplan. When looking at reviews for Jayco and Keystone, we kept reading horror stories of roof leaks and poor support from manufacturer. We found nothing online to indicate getting a Jayco to be a negative. We are happy with our decision.

When ready, contact RV Direct for and online quote. They break down the costs (as you see on Jayco's website) as well as show you the discounted price for each option. Most people find their lowest qoutes from RVDirect.com and take that to their local dealer for further negotiation. Happy shopping!

We ordered and purchased ours from RV direct, got a good price quote in minutes, no haggling and no BS. The price they quote you is the price you pay, no hidden fees.

Bob, I researched all RV makes and models for 20 years and was very interested in the HR line...they make a good product, but when it came to plunking the cash down for one, I bought an Eagle Super Lite. I cannot compare it to any other RV because it is my first but I feel I made a good decision and glad I went with Jayco. No, I do not work for Jayco, just pleased with their products. As far as service, I am going on 3 years now and have yet to take it in for any problems or breakdowns. Pretty sure you will be pleased.

My first camper was a 2000 Jayco Designer 2930RKS. Liked it so much we just got a Jayco Designer 37RLQS. I have nothing else to compare to but don't need anything else. Jayco works great for us!
