Caveat Emptor -- "Let the buyer beware"
Do you have an proof the seller lied? Is it possible they truly believed the leak was completely repaired? I know it's not helpful at this point, but the seller did disclose there was a leak by your own admission -- for most of us that would be been time to walk. Leaks in RV can be extremely difficult to locate. Damage in one place may be the result of damage dozens of feet away.
At this point you are where you are. You basically have a couple choices, none that great...
1) If you can prove the seller lied and intentionally misrepresented the condition of the RV sue them. Depending on the $ involved it could be low cost/low hassle smaller claims court or civil court.
2) suck it up, fix the RV and enjoy it as planned.
3) Honestly sell to someone who has the skills and motivation to do option two, then you move on.
I was once told life's lessons are expensive, important lessons are very expensive. It looks like you are getting a little bit of education. Hopefully this will help you in the future and you can share your experience to save others the cost and frustration.
