Just stopping in to say hi purchased a 2015 Jayco Jayflight SLX 287BHSW pulling with 2015 Sierra 1500 Double Cab SLE and using a equalizer E210 Distribution hitch. First weekend on maiden voyage to make we have everything to setup and have fun for couple days.

Once you get the 287 loaded up, ready for a trip you may need to readjust the wdh. The dealer only set up the wdh to an empty trailer. Follow my signature links for a ton of wdh info.
Make sure you have some paper and a pen/pencil (or phone app!) to write items down you could use in the tt. Makes it easier to remember. Keeping the first couple trips close to home/ Walmart type stores allows for a quick store run if needed. Or even Camp Driveway!!!
Thank you for info will take a look at it when I take my first setup trip this weekend to check out everything and see how this baby pulls with more load. we will pack light first time till we figure what we need

TIP: If you do not have your TT plugged into 110VAC, pull your MAIN fuse located by the batteries, or the electronics inside the TT will drain your battery in a short time.
Got it hooked up to 110 outlet had to buy adapter now need to purchase 50 to 30 amp adapter since some parks on have 50 amp hookups does anybody use a inline protector
Welcome and congrats on the camper. Yes some of us use inline electrical protection. Progressive Industries are the best in my opinion. They have portable ones that plug in to the pedestal and then you plug in to the unit. They also have ones that you hardwire in to the camper.
