New x17a owner

Hello from Raleigh NC
I just put down my deposit on a USED 2013 x17a.
I,m excited to get started and I'm sure I'll have a ton of questions. I don't pick it up until next week but I'm making reservations for some up coming trips. On that note could someone tell me the overall length with tent ends extended.
Thanks

Welcome to the JOF. The 17A is a neat unit. Don't be afraid to ask questions. You'll find out the people here are very helpful and unlike other forums, there are no intelligent donkeys here!

My guess on overall length is 25 feet. 17+4+4 =25
I have a 16.5 footer which is 18 when you measure from bow (ball) to stern.
You did very well getting a used 2013. Can't be used much.

Congratulations on your new 17A. We just took delivery of our new 17Z and like you we have already made some great plans. I think Muelldawg is right, a quick rough measurement before we put her in storage. Looks like the front bunk reaches the end of of the tongue and the rear bunk is about 4 feet out. Somewhere between 23 and 25 feet.

Good luck with you new TT.
