NewBee's in S Texas

Hello everyone
we are new Jayco Feather owners... first time RV'ers. Will be taking the RV out for the first time in about 2 weeks.

Our RV is Solar equipped and I'm looking for a solar trickle charger for the battery... on that I can plug into the port located near the battery and LP tanks....

Any suggestions would be very helpful.

Thanks!
HK

Welcome! You don't say how big your trailer is, but there's lots of info in the RV Solar forum. If you get overwhelmed I can tell you that I have a 130 watt panel mounted on my roof and I have never run "dry". We both use the pump for showers every day, play the radio, charge phones and ipads, run the bathroom fan when necessary and use LED lights as needed. If I'm in a sunny spot things are usually recharged by early afternoon.

This weekend I will be in a shady spot (NASCAR @Watkins Glen). Ive done it before and for the four nights have never had a problem--just have to be a bit more careful.
