Smile Newbie in S. Florida

Hi folks, just joined board hoping to get input from others and also contribute experiences since purchasing a new Jayco. This is actually our 9th Rv and the first new unit we've had thus far. We purchased the North Point 375 BHFS due to family size and length of stay. We never imagined we would so many issues with a new unit compared to the used units we've had in the past. I'm sure this board will give us some interesting insight and help and hopefully we can do the same. So, hello to all!

Hello to you! Congratulations on the new North Point.

Not sure what is involved when you said "... so many issues with a new unit compared to the used units ...". In any event, between Jayco's warranty and this forum hopefully all will be squared away soon.
