Newbies

Hello,

We just put a deposit on a 2016 x213. Looking forward to doing lots of trips with the kids.
We have a Yukon xl with 5.3 and 3.08 rearend. Is this going to be satisfactory? Sorry if that is a dumb question but this is our first trailer.

Doug

Welcome... Check the door post, glove box and owners manual and compare to the weight of your tt. Lots of great posts on the forum about towing capacity....

What year is it? Does it have a tow package? That rear ratio may hurt a bit... I pull a 26BH, which is a bit heavier than the X213, with my 2010 Silverado - but, I have 3.42 gears.

No towing package.i think. The Yukon with lower gears has a much higher tow rating. If it had a towing package and 3.73 I'd be good.
