Newby from ND
New to ND. Family has decided to enjoy some of the great outdoors and are interested in purchasing our first TT. Family of 5, so looking at bunkhouse models. Anyone recommend the White Hawk 28DSBH...have 2 teenagers, so need some room and a light TT. I will be pulling with a 2015 Yukon (8,200 tow limit). The 28DSBH is 5,500 dry, so add 1,000 pounds for gear, tongue weight is 635, add another 200 pounds, vehicle should pull just fine. Any thoughts out there.

Welcome to the forum. Check your payload limit of the Yukon, but you should be okay

Welcome. Sounds like you are ready to do some research and learning. Enjoy it.
Don't forget to think a little longer term than a couple of years when making the purchase. Those teens are going to continue to grow.

Welcome to The Forum, sell the Yukon and get a 2500/3500 crew cab truck and a bunkhouse 5er, more room, two bathrooms and everyone is happy.

Keeping the Yukon
Wish I could afford to sell, but my wife wouldn't appreciate me selling her vehicle! Does limit what I can pull!
