Norcold Fridge Issue

Hi all! We have a 2015 Precept and are in it for the first time - YAY! We are currently plugged in to electric 50 AMP but the fridge is reading DC Lo. Can anyone advise us on what we're doing wrong?

Also, our steps won't stay out. Anyone know why? We have tried the switch but it doesn't seem to work and we don't have the keys in the ignition.

Thank you!

Is it a 3 way fridge?? DC means it's running off your battery/ies.. Switch your fridge to AC if you want it to run off the 50 amp service.

Here's a link to the Norcold "low DC" discussion in the Precept Owners Group that might be helpful.
