Rookie RVer Questions/Gripes about 2013 Jayco Melbourne 29D

Hey - this is my second RV - traded up my 2010 21C Chateu for the Melbourne 29D. I have sent a list of questions/gripes to my sales person but figure I can get answers here a lot quicker.

Here are the gripes and questions:

Biggest question is how to operate the keypad which is separate from the Bauer latch. How do you change the code? Can this device be used to LOCK the door as well as unlock?

1. RH side window over dinette needs to have the locking bar reattached to window so it can be open/shut and locked

2. RV door lock sticks in the lock position and will not unlock at times.

3. The bathroom door privacy latch needs to be replaced since it will not hold the door open while showering

4. hot water temperature fluctuates when showering - is this normal? Will someone check it and see if there is a solution?

5. Slide out awning has short rip in it - please repair

6. Bedroom emergency window shade needs to be adjusted so that it is even when shut - it is tight on one side and loose on the other

7. Bedroom bedside shade aft needs to be repaired so that it opens and closes properly - it is tight on one side and loose on the other

8. Test tank heaters for operation and inform me of how and when to use them - switch is in bathroom - verified heat strips are on the tanks

9. Literature states this rig comes with a water filter - where is it located?

10. I am still unable to determine if the Jensen TV should output audio. Is this even possible - if not what do I have as an alternative? Also - how do I remove the TV from the wall mount to add an audio cable?

11. I need a grill mount bracket that fits my RV to mount my Weber grill. It is a portable type grill on a stand now - I bought this from Camping World.

12. Will check how the rig drives on the way to Camping World once we decide on a date - if the alignment still needs adjusting - how will we resolve this - at Camping World or another service provider?

Any suggestions, answers, insight would be appreciated.

I was able to replace the bathroom door "bullnose" catch with a magnet and seems to work well. I am most perplexed by the TV audio output for outside /inside extra speaker, tankless water heater operation and the keypad for entry door most of all....

Thanks!

This may help with the remote if that is what you have.

Thanks man - I wish it were wireless...sigh
It is a single horizontal pad separate from the patch. I found some instructions for it - see attached
