Seneca punishing ride

My wife and I bought a new 2014 36FK last June and have taken it across the country twice. Other owners noted the stable ride in the wind. we came through Oklahoma, Arizona, and california in heavy winds. I was able pass semi's at 70-75 mph in these winds with no trouble. Unfortunately the ride on even slightly broken highways on the interstate were so punishing even some of the leveling jacks started coming down due to the jarring ride. And Dallas with all its construction, patched pavement, and grooves in the road was a nightmare.

When we first bought it inTampa we were only taken on smooth roads and
were unaware of how bad the ride was. We had our overfilled airibag pressure reduced and had the tires made softer but to no avail. We are starting to think that there is something wrong with our particular coach as others seem pleased with theirs. Any thoughts or advices would be greatly appreciated

Spring for KONI shocks. About $800 but well worth the investment.

Thanks for the quick reply. I will get it weighed. There are only 2 of us who travel and we don't carry much but it is worth a look
