Sleepless in GA

I haven't got much sleep the past three nights, since we bought our first ever camper, a 2007 Jay Feather 254 EXP. I am so excited about the fun times ahead. I've spent several hours here on JOF and can't wait to pull our TT to my shop so I can start testing all the systems, do a thorough cleaning, caulk a couple potential future problem areas and generally familiarize myself with our new home away from home. Unfortunately, the weatherman is calling for possible snow here in the Atlanta area in the next few days, and you may have noticed that snow was a bit of a problem for this area a couple weeks ago. Thus, it will probably be at least a week before I get to really dive in. We have our first real trip planned for March 20-23 and I hope to have at least one overnight close to home before then.

Any advice you have for me or input on our model is appreciated.

Hope you enjoy your new camper as much as we enjoy ours. IMO, there is nothing better than sitting around a campfire sipping on an adult beverage.

Congrats and welcome. Take a notebook with you on your maiden voyage to note what you forgot/need and what you brought that you didn't need.
