Soft Spots in Floor

Hello from Vancouver BC. We purchased a 2015 Whitehawk Summit 27 DSRL just over a year ago and have had many very enjoyable trips with it. The floorplan for the 2 of us on longer stays is great but are noticing the floor is not.
What started as a soft spot in front of the kitchen drawers now appears to be a seam opening up widthwise to the trailer. I can stand on each side of the seam, shift my weight from one side to the next and see each side move up and down. If I move 4 feet forward I can see the same and again another 4 feet forward, same result.
Jayco specs show the floor to be 5/8" T & G plywood but this does not seem to be the case. I wanted to know if anyone else is having this problem and how it was resolved. Thanks.

Welcome to the forum. The Whitehawks had a foam/luan sandwich floor a few years ago and then switched to plywood, not sure which model year that change occurred. You can confirm your type of floor by removing a vent register in the floor and see what the material is.
