Automatic logout

Why does the website log me out so fast? I will go away for like 5 min or so and it logs me out and I have to log back in. Just wondering if some settings could be changed

Are checking the "Remember Me" box when you logon? If not, you should be.

If it does "log you out" in the middle of a lengthy reply..... use the "pop-out" screen to log-in.....not the the main log-in at the top of the main page.

If you use the main log-in ....your post will be lost and you'll have to start over

This issue has surfaced several times in the past. It seems to get fixed for a shot period of time but eventually reverts back to quick log-offs. I suspect it is either the result of two admins with different preferences or software updates resetting the timeout minutes.
