Firefox Issues

Anybody else having issues with viewing the forum using Firefox? Signed on tonight and have a series of advertisements on the left side of the page, and a popup ad that comes back whenever I look at a new post. It's also painfully slow.

No issues with any other websites, and no issues viewing the forum using IE.

Maybe you have gotten a malware infection; I would download the free Malwarebytes application and then run it. It can be downloaded from Malwarebytes Downloads. It doesn't really sound like a Firefox problem.

You are running an anti-virus program, right?

Thanks all!

RVhiker was right, it was malware. Got a "new-to-me" laptop the other day, reset to factory settings and apparently picked up the malware when setting it up. Used HitmanPro to remove it and it looks like I'm good to go.

Glad you got it sorted out. Malwarebytes is just amazing and so easy to use for this kind of stuff
