In the past I have uploaded several images and included them within replies in message threads.

I have not created any albums.

Is there a way for me to access images that I have uploaded?

If you click on User CP and look down the left column under the Miscellaneous section there is a link to "Attachments" anything you have attached to a post should be linked there.
