I have seen this issue and think I know the cause. When I see the issue it is a DNS problem. I just use nslookup to query go daddy's DNS server.then it works,

Just happened to me using safari had to go to another website and back to get it to open.

Following Janets instructions seem to have helped, have not gotten the "reload" yet since clearing history and rebookmarking.

It appears that (for me anyway) as mysteriously as this problem started, it went away in the same manner. In the old days of IBM mainframes, whenever this happened, the customer engineer would write in his logbook:

NTF-TWA (No Trouble Found - Trouble Went Away)

Aren't computers (and networks) fun?
