Quick Links drop down

What happened to the Quick Links drop down menu?
It had Subscriptions, private messages and some other links in that menu. It no longer works as it did.

Works on mine. Firefox on a MAC...

It went away for me the other day, but I had to restart my browser (Firefox, PC) for other reasons and it came back. It's here on my Safari browser on my iPad too. I got scared, I use that drop-down constantly.
