Hahah! Once upon a time I knew a DMV clerk who said that Calif is very diligent about keeping profane/inappropriate/offensive/yaydy-yahdy-yahdy/etc off new plates! Either the guy/gal who let it through had a funny grandpa, or who ditzed out and just let it slide because of the heart...
