I learned a long time ago it's better to give stress than get stress. So I just don't accept it anymore...life is to short and nothing is worth while getting stressed about.

I keep an imaginary pistol in the car. Pretending to be rid of annoying drivers makes the commute just a bit more pleasant.


For stress relief that lasts for months: When camping at SWMBO's lot, reserve 1 day to stay on the property. Only food, beer, waterfall and sleep.

We have a rule when camping: no talking about work. Unfortunately, DW completely enjoys her job and can't stop talking about it.

I don't know - that diabetic induced coma doesn't appear to be a stress reliever. I prefer an alcohol induced coma myself....
