NWS: Phoenix hot music

PHOENIX - While much of the country is dealing with a crippling blizzard, the National Weather Service in Phoenix came up with this funny tribute to the 90 degree heat in the style of the 1990s. Here's the list...

1. Living the Vida Caliente
2. Who Let the Heat Out
3. Ice Ice Water
4. Smells Like Sunscreen
5. This is How We Shade It
6. Over the Low Water Crossing
7. If it Makes You Sweaty
8. Achy Breaky Heat
9. Hit 90 One More Time
10. Oops We Hit 90 Again

The weather has been insane here alright. At least we finally got enough rain to significantly add to our water supply. The increased electric bills due to the unseasonably hot weather is going to smart, though.

We've enjoyed a very mild winter in NE Illinois, we've had very little snowfall and ambient temperatures have been mostly above average. Looking forward to camping season and enjoying our new TT.

It's funny, I am 90 minutes from the valley and enjoying nice early spring weather...

You are also around 4000 ft higher than we are.

We have not turned our AC on yet, probably won't for at least a few more weeks. It cools off greatly at night, and if you keep it tight in the day it stays nice inside. As I look at the temp right now, it's 84 outside, 74 inside...

I live in an older mobile home. It's insulation is somewhat less than stellar (to put it politely) so my AC has been running some.

I would take the 90 degree weather since we just got slammed with 2 feet of snow over the last 48 hours or so. It finally stopped and the travel bans have been lifted but many of the roads are a disaster.

You are welcome to have my share of the snow. There is a reason I live in the desert.
