Response time
An older gentleman hears a noise behind his house. He investigates and finds two guys breaking into his shop. He calls the police and tells them what is happening and the dispatcher says they don't have anyone available right now but would get someone out there soon as they can. he guy hangs up and calls back in a few minutes. He says" I called a few minutes ago about the robbery. You don't have to hurry I just shot the two robbers." He hangs up. Two minutes later a swat team and several cops are at his house and they catch the robbers. The cops says to the man " I thought you said you shot these guys." The man says " I thought you said you didn't have anyone available."
