This is my first time having Vertigo. Man this stuff sucks!

I just googled vertigo and was surprised at how many things can cause it. A co-worker of mine came down with it very badly and it was determined it was from a plane trip he had just came back from. I hope you recover from it soon.

I've had it, no fun.
There are some effective exercises you can do to prevent further attacks.

I experienced vertigo for a few days shortly after the birth of my first child. It was scary, but the doc gave me some medication that helped it stop eventually. Haven't had it since thank God. Definitely not fun. Hope you do better soon

thanks BlueHaul and all others! I am able to go back to work today! Yes, I sometimes visit the JOF on my work time when I have a free minute or two!
