Crossing I-15 California/Nevada Border

I've been through the Nevada/California border crossing on I-15 many times (with MT plates) but never pulling an RV. They always either just ask if I have any fruits or vegetables and sometimes not even that - they just wave me through. What can I expect pulling my Eagle? Has anyone been through lately? (Sorry if this is a much asked and answered question - I did try to search the forums - Googled too - but didn't find much.)

No different with an RV.

Besides fruits and vegetables they usually ask about wood also when a RV passes thru. No out of State wood allowed into CA and they will confiscate if you do have.

Gone through it dozens of time either pulling a trailer or pulling a toad. Never been asked about anything other than fruit.

Slightly off topic, I'm curious, when did this inspection station go in? The last time I drove through there was in late May of 2005 and I don't recall any inspection station. I can't find anything online other than what happens at the stop.

That inspection station in I-15 east of Barstow has been there as long as I can remember, clear back into the early 70's when I was just a kid, I remember my dad complaining about having to throw out fruit.

No problems unless you have fireworks and they have a dog there.. Only concerned if you have fresh fruit&veggies NOT purchased in a store..
