With the cars going back to the way they use to be (somewhat) this year should be a good year for NASCAR. Over the last two years the DW and I have lost interest in the races. After hearing of the changes this year we decided to watch the 125's. WOW! what a race.

We have been to Texas Motor Speedway many times over the last few years. Camped out in the field with the pop ups and had great times. Gets a little pricey but I still say that anyone that enjoys NASCAR racing needs to experience a race LIVE at least once......Television just doesn't do it justice.

Not liking the rain, at all! I agree, if you're into Nascar you've got to see a race at least once. Short tracks are the best to be at, been to Pocono, and you really can't see the far end of the track, can't imagine what the others are like.

Great picture!! I agree. Last year, with the two car hook-up, was cool to see. And, probably hard on the drivers, was not great racing. The changes to the cars should bring pack racing back. But, going to fuel injection!? Not sure about that...?

Hoping it dries up enough to start. We are close and it is not a outside day for us. Some racing would be great.

I'll bet lots of people will just be sick about them not running today. If it's clear we will miss it on TV.

The only motor sport to cancel because of rain. They just need to change the tires and race on.
