Really, a bus dumps its sewage tank into a storm sewer outside an auto parts store and thinks that is an appropriate action?
Brings back thoughts of cousin Eddie Griswold in Christmas Vacation. But that was a movie and done for humor. This was a real life event. Truth IS stranger than fiction, but also stinkier and with much more serious consequences.
