Ever been asked for advice?

Some friends of ours have a Starcraft pop-up, but they're also looking for a good used TT to park on a seasonal site. They just put down a deposit on this one. So they ask me, knowing that I've been RVing for the past 15 years, what kind of things they should look for, beyond making sure all of the appliances work.

I told them check the tires, bearings, brakes, roof, all of that stuff that we discuss ad infinitum on these forums. But I tell ya, it sure does feel good when someone asks for advice, and you can actually give it because you know what you're talking about!

Right and it is also beneficial to you also if you were able to learn some stuff without having to suffer thru the learning curve.
I like to help others also.
My hard headed FIL though did not listen or ask and when I offered my opinion of a rig he was looking at, he scoffed at it

It was very hard to not rub it in his face or not be sorry for the hassles he went thru at our CW trying to get stuff fixed. Never did and sold it.
